You'll work in a claims system similar to Medicaid billing (CNSI is the contractor). In this important role, you'll oversee the entire medical billing process, ensuring accurate and timely claims submission and compliance with healthcare regulations. Duties Submit and manage EEOICPA home health claims to the DOL Work claims through a Medicaid-like billing system (CNSI) Follow up on claim status, denials, and corrections as needed Coordinate weekly medical billing activities, including pre-billing, claims submission, rejection/short pay follow-up, and collections for EEOICPA home health claims. Oversee the use of billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline workflows and maintain accurate patient data. Qualifications 4+ years of relevant billing experience preferred If you have EEOICPA home health claims experience, apply regardless of years of experience If you have strong VA or Medicaid billing experience you are also welcome to apply Extensive commercial insurance or Medicare experience can work if you can ramp quickly Experience with IGEA or AxisCare is highly desired Strong knowledge of EEOICPA or VA medical billing regulations compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with advanced billing software platforms.
