Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Billing Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all customers. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email. Provide accurate information regarding our services. Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support strategies. Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding client services. Prepare accurate invoices to our customers. Follow-up monthly with any oustanding invoices. Skills Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and analysis, especially Excel and QuickBooks. Strong customer support experience in an office environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
