  • Review and validate invoices against ERP, payroll, and material billing records
  • Prepare, track, and maintain billing information using Excel
  • Submit invoices through customer portals and ensure accurate data entry
  • Research, reconcile, and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Verify payroll hours, billing rates, and contract compliance requirements Qualifications for the
Billing Administrator:
  • Prior billing or invoicing experience
  • Strong data entry and accuracy skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Experience working with ERP systems and invoice processing preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Excel Macros
  • Experience with union billing environments
