Enter data precisely into billing software, maintaining detailed records of transactions, adjustments, and payments. Monitor the revenue cycle from patient registration through final payment collection, identifying opportunities for process improvement. Requirements Proven administrative experience within healthcare settings, with a strong understanding of health insurance policies and managed care procedures. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and communication purposes. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) management systems and data entry accuracy is essential. Knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical documentation for billing purposes. Excellent writing skills for clear client communication and detailed report generation. Strong typing skills with high accuracy to ensure efficient data entry and processing. Experience in revenue cycle management, including insurance third-party billing, claim follow-up, and payment posting. Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective phone communication abilities to assist patients and resolve billing inquiries promptly.
