GED Full Job Description Location:

Toledo, OH Full-time We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, handling billing discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely billing for our customers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Responsibilities:

Generate and send out invoices to customers Review and verify accuracy of billing data and invoices Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues Follow up with customers on overdue payments Update customer files with issued invoices and payments Assist with month-end closing activities Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing processes and efficiency

Pay Rate:
