Job Description

CASHIER/BILLING CLERK OSU
Institute of Technology in Okmulgee is seeking qualified applicants for a Cashier/Billing Clerk. This individual is responsible for performing cashiering duties as related to the Bursar's office including but not limited to receiving deposits from on-campus departments and posting payments to accounts using Banner and TouchNet software. Operates a cashier's drawer and performs daily cashiering duties and reconciliations. Provides customer service to on and off campus customers regarding accounts and policies and procedures. A high school diploma with 1 to 2 years of experience in a cashier/teller setting required; Associate degree preferred. Must be able to work in a multitask environment; communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, excellent math skills and accurate counting of cash. Must be bondable.
