The Billing Clerk will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely processing, organization, and follow-through on customer requests. Key Responsibilities - Billing Clerk Answer incoming calls and provide professional, responsive customer service. Process billing information and maintain accurate documentation and records. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and organization of office files. Support daily operations within the transportation department.
