Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join an established local company in Neville Island. This position is responsible for billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, data entry, and reviewing customer accounts for accuracy. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process customer invoices Perform billing and invoicing accurately and efficiently Verify billing information, rates, charges, and supporting documentation Review completed jobs and customer accounts to ensure all applicable charges are included Enter and maintain accurate billing and customer information Assist with accounts receivable and payment tracking Research and resolve billing discrepancies Assist with account reconciliation and resolving outstanding balances Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and billing questions Maintain organized billing records and documentation Work closely with operations and office staff to resolve billing issues Perform accurate data entry and other general administrative duties as needed Qualifications Previous billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related office experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong data entry and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional communication skills and dependable work ethic Previous experience in a service-based, transportation, logistics, or similar environment is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers.
