Job Overview We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting, billing, AP, and AR activities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and able to shift between multiple priorities. Responsibilities Process invoices, payments, and vendor transactions while maintaining accurate records. Assist with AP and AR, including payment posting, billing, collections, and account reconciliations. Prepare billing and client invoices, review supporting documentation, and resolve billing questions. Process employee expenses, credit card activity, and reimbursements. Assist with monthly billing and attorney time entry, with law firm experience a plus. Maintain vendor and customer information and research account discrepancies. Allocate expenses to the appropriate accounts and cost centers. Provide support for various accounting and finance projects as needed. Qualifications 1-3+ years of accounting, AP, AR, billing, or finance experience. High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Experience with invoicing, reconciliations, payment processing, or collections preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Law firm billing experience is a plus but not required.
