3 days a week, OnSite, Tuesday-Thursday 2 days a week, Remote, Monday & Friday 40 hours, Mon-Friday, Day time hours. Ability to work OT as necessary, normal hours 7AM-3:45PM some flexibility

• What You Will Be Doing Process and enter high volumes of invoices into the Oracle Financial System.

Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to processing. Audit and research items flagged on the Check Duplicate and Daily Duplicate Payment reports. Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting daily processing and productivity goals. Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies. Handle incoming mail and distribute documentation to appropriate individuals and departments. Generate, review, and support AP reporting and data analysis activities as needed. Who You Are HS Diploma or GED required, college preferred 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, or related accounting functions Ability to work accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Experience reviewing, entering, and reconciling financial information Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business applications Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across teams Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently If This Sounds Like You, !
