Job Description
Accounts Receivable Analyst III Location:
Cranbury, NJ 08512 -
Hybrid Duration:
10 months, with potential extension
Pay Rate:
$33/hr
Hours:
40 hours/week
Education:
Bachelor's degree required We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst III to support the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) team with daily A/R, sales billing, payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume Accounts Receivable or Finance environment , strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience with SAP .
Key Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile A/R payments, discounts, deductions, chargebacks, and exceptions. Perform SAP entries and adjustments to maintain accurate A/R records. Monitor and resolve SAP billing blocks for retail, D2C, and wholesale customers. Review orders, billing data, master data, and credit-limit issues. Support ACH, wire, and check payment processing. Maintain Excel reports and assist with Power BI dashboards and I2C metrics . Investigate discrepancies and support root-cause resolution. Collaborate with Credit, Deduction Resolution, Supply Chain, and other internal teams. Assist with SAP S/4 readiness, process documentation, SOPs, and data-related projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. Previous high-volume Accounts Receivable/Finance experience. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA or a similar ERP. Strong Excel and Outlook skills. Power BI experience preferred. HighRadius experience highly preferred. CPG or e-commerce experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
