Category Pharmacy - Telepharmacy Job Type Contract A pharmacy billing and reimbursement specialist is needed to support a high-performing revenue cycle team focused on home infusion billing and reimbursement accuracy. This remote temp-to-hire opportunity requires strong expertise in telepharmacy, medical billing, and RX billing functions, specifically within the home infusion environment.

Remote (Candidates must be based in or eligible to work within the MT time zone)

Schedule:

Full-time, standard business hours with flexible start/end times

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims, ensuring timely reimbursement Manage the entire billing workflow, including charge entry, claims submission, follow-up, and denial resolution Use CareTend software for billing operations, documentation, and reimbursement tracking Review payer requirements to ensure compliance and correct claim submissions Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement issues promptly Communicate effectively with payers and internal teams to address billing concerns quickly Support revenue cycle performance in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in home infusion billing and claims processing Hands-on experience with CareTend is required Strong knowledge of payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-focused setting Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong problem-solving skills This contract opportunity provides the potential for temp-to-hire placement, with a focus on a stable role supporting revenue integrity and reimbursement accuracy.
