Project Manager & Estimator

Job Description Project Manager & Estimator, like all employees of Bridger Precast is a core member of the company. This position is responsible for answering customer's and engineer's questions, being the point person on all phases of a job, ordering products, coordination of trucking, assisting in all office duties, and general office housekeeping with other office staff as needed. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and/or Branch Manager who may assign additional duties as needed in addition to the above. Hours worked in this position coincide with Bridger Precasts office hours, but are subject to extended hours based off of business needs. Essential Job Functions Maintain a work environment that promotes the team emphasis on manufacturing quality product and the delivery of product Comply with all paperwork procedures Invoicing Extract necessary information from civil plans to produce quotes Following all applicable specifications per jobsite Creation and organization via excel spreadsheets. Producing submittal packages Working with engineers and contractors throughout the job process Learning and understanding all manufacturing processes and constraints Creation of production packets Treats customers with utmost respect, projecting a positive image of the company to the customer Directs scheduling and production questions to proper channels Purchase orders Initiate and embrace a safety culture where all employees feel comfortable communicating safety concerns Follow all policy and procedures of Bridger Precast Always follow all Bridger Precast core values Answers and directs phone calls to appropriate personnel Be extremely organized Writes and fulfils sales orders, purchase orders, quotes and invoices. Inventory management Front desk assistance as needed Assist in general office housekeeping with other office staff as needed. Maintains flexibility in an ever changing environment. Bridger Precast, along with most construction based companies in the area, has a busy and slow season. Bridger Precast's busy season is during the summer and fall.

Qualifications Skills:

Ability to follow safety procedures and care for personal safety of self and co-workers Microsoft office, Google Suite Draftsight, Sage, Titan, Stack-it (preferred) Excellent organizational skills Must possess the ability to read, write and speak English in this position Spanish speaking (preferred)

Physical Demands:

Able to sit / Stand at desk for extended periods of time Able to navigate a rough yard to visually inspect loads

Work Environment:

Typical office, shop and or outdoor environment approximately 100% of work week Daily exposure to both outdoor and indoor areas which require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, hard hats and boots

Wage:

$28 - $32/hr

DOE Pay:

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
