Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid position; however, you must reside near Miramar, Florida Billing Specialist The Billing Specialist primary job purpose is to prepare and send customer invoices promptly and adhere to the terms and conditions that the organization accepted. Follow government rules and regulations, contribute to the revenue and cash cycles, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Review and process invoices before the end of day (including product, managed and professional services, marketing billings, Cloud, Azure, Etc.) Verifying customer invoicing requirements, pricing, freight, and tax charges Follow E-RATE government program invoicing rules and regulations. Review and respond to business partners and customer emails. Monitor revenue not billed reporting and follow up pending items. Process orders received via EDI (electronic data interchange) Process credit memos, returns and debit memos. Participate in special projects, integrate business systems and functions, as required. Understand how the business affects cash flow.Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience. At least three (3) years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting.Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and accounting software, such as Dynamics, MAS, or ConnectWise. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and processes. Experience with MAS and ConnectWise software is a plus.
