Billing Specialist Salary:

Billing Specialist:
- Prepare, review, and process customer invoices according to established billing schedules.
- Generate progress, AIA, time-and-material (T&M), and project-based billings.
- Review contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and supporting documentation prior to invoicing.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Operations, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate billing.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, rejected invoices, and customer inquiries.
- Support month-end billing activities, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Billing Specialist:
- 2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or related experience.
- Construction, contracting, or project-based accounting experience preferred.
- Experience with Sage, progress billing, and T&M billing preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with electronic billing systems and customer invoice portals preferred.
- Understanding of billing processes, supporting documentation, and basic accounting principles.
