Why This Role Stands Out Clear path for growth/advancement into a Senior Billing Specialist role High Employee retention Join a large, well-built billing function with defined processes and strong leadership Highly collaborative environment with direct access to AR, eBilling, Pricing, and Revenue team Gain exposure to complex, high-value client billing structures Work directly with attorneys as a trusted billing advisor Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and finalize client invoices and billing proformas Partner with attorneys to ensure billing accuracy and timely processing Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with client Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs) Manage electronic billing submissions and resolve rejections Collaborate with internal teams including AR, eBilling, and Cash Applications What We're Looking For 2+ years of legal billing experience within a law firm environment Strong Excel skills Experience with eBilling platforms

Preferred:
