Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certified Professional Coder (CPC) / Medical Billing Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team in a hybrid work environment. Duties Review and assign appropriate ICD-10, ICD-9, CPT, and DRG codes to medical records following current coding guidelines for inpatient and outpatient services Ensure accurate electronic health record (EHR) management for billing and coding purposes using advanced billing software and EMR/EHR systems Process health insurance claims efficiently, verifying coverage details and adhering to third-party billing protocols Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and ensure compliance with medical coding standards Manage medical collections by following up on unpaid or denied claims, reducing outstanding balances Maintain detailed and organized medical records, ensuring all documentation aligns with coding requirements and legal standards Stay updated on changes in medical coding guidelines, insurance policies, and healthcare regulations to ensure compliance Experience Proven experience in medical billing and coding within a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of

ICD-10, ICD-9, CPT
