! Full-Time Collection Specialist - REMOTE Opportunities in the Knoxville, TN are We are currently seeking Full-Time Remote Collection Specialists with a base pay of $15 per hour.

Position:

We will provide you with the tools, knowledge and training to become successful in your role. Collection Specialists contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts.

Schedule:

Varies Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly Ability to actively listen and speak clearly

Preferred:

One (1) year Customer Service and/or Call Center experience Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiating skills
