High Profile is partnering with our client to identify an analytical, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a collaborative commercial finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cash application, reconciliations, problem-solving, and process improvement and wants an opportunity to make an impact.

What You'll Do
Process and post daily payments, including ACH, wires, and lockbox
Perform customer, bank, cash, and GL reconciliations
Research and resolve unapplied cash, credits, discrepancies, and refunds
Prepare daily cash reporting and investigate variances
Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Collections, and other teams to resolve AR issues
Analyze transactional data and identify trends or opportunities for improvement
Support audits, special projects, and process improvements
Serve as an AR resource for internal teams and stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Cash application and reconciliation experience
Understanding of how AR activity impacts financial statements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced or strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
Commercial finance experience is a plus
