physician billing position. Seeking very detailed person that can work in a team environment.

Required skills:

Experience with posting payments, charges, CPT and ICD codes, denials, working AR. Neurology or interventional pain experience would be a plus. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, retirement plan for 25+ hours. Work is combination of onsite (2-3 days) and remote working (2-3 days per week). Initial training will require more onsite presence.

Billing duties:

Posting charges & payments, adding modifiers, verifying patients' insurance coverage, answering patients' billing questions, knowledge of insurance guidelines, working AR, appealing unpaid and denied claims, identifyingand billing secondary or tertiary insurances. Location- 10 minutes from I-25/ Hwy 34- Please do not apply if you live in another state.
