As part of our expanding network of clinics, you'll play a key role in helping patients access life-changing care - while gaining valuable experience and being part of something bigger than yourself. What You'll Do- Verify Insurance Benefits to help ensure seamless access to mental health services
- Resolve Billing Issues with care, accuracy, and a problem-solving mindset
- Support Patients with compassion and professionalism during billing conversations
- Manage Authorizations for cutting-edge treatments like Ketamine and TMS Therapy
- Collaborate Daily with the front desk team on registration, collections, and scheduling
- Assist Providers by managing benefit checks and streamlining patient flow What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- College degree or 1-2 years of related experience
