independent contractor who will personally perform the work. We are specifically seeking someone with strong, hands-on oral surgery billing experience who understands the full revenue cycle, including: Dental and medical claim submission Insurance follow-up and aging Denials, appeals, and claim corrections Medical/dental cross-coding Coordination of benefits Outstanding A/R resolution Oral surgery procedure coding and documentation requirements This is a contract-based opportunity with compensation tied to clearly defined KPI performance and results , rather than a traditional hourly employee position. We are looking for an experienced professional who can work independently, take ownership of assigned accounts, maintain consistent follow-up, and demonstrate measurable results. Prior oral surgery billing experience is required. General dental billing experience alone is not sufficient. Interested?
