full-time Insurance & Billing Specialist Valued Voices | Irvine, CA | Part-time, 15-20 hrs/week (starting)| $20/hour Valued Voices is a pediatric speech and occupational therapy practice. We're hiring a part-time Insurance & Billing Specialist to join our team. What you'll do Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations Submit claims, post payments, and follow up on denials and outstanding balances Answer family billing questions and set up payment plans Maintain clinician credentialing and payer enrollment Schedule and reschedule client appointments What we're looking for 2+ years of medical billing and insurance verification experience Working knowledge of
CPT/ICD-10
coding, EOBs, and appeals Strong attention to detail and warm, clear communication with families CPC, CPB, and/or CPCS certification preferred Pediatric therapy billing experience a plus Schedule The first three months are in person at our Irvine office.
