We work with both commercial and federal payors and need detail-oriented team members who understand outpatient and inpatient professional fee medical billing.Open Positions:
1. Medical Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist Submit accurate claims and perform timely follow-up Resolve outstanding AR using standard billing protocols Submit and track appeals to maximize reimbursement Reduce denials and improve collection ratesRequirements:
Minimum of 3 years progressive physician practice billing experience Strong knowledge of commercial and government payors Proven AR follow-up, claims resolution, and appeals skills Solid understanding of CPT, HCPCS, andICD-10 2.
Medical Billing Payment Poster Accurately post insurance and patient payments/adjustments from EOBs/ERAs Reconcile daily batches and identify underpayments or discrepancies Document denials and route issues for follow-up Maintain accurate payment records and support cash applicationRequirements:
Minimum of 3 years medical payment posting experience Ability to interpret EOBs/ERAs and apply correct adjustments High attention to detail and accuracy with high-volume posting Familiarity with medical billing systems preferred 3. Patient Account Representative Communicate with patients regarding balances, statements, and insurance coverage Set up and monitor payment plans Resolve billing questions and discrepancies Coordinate with billing/AR teams on account resolutionRequirements:
1-3 years patient billing, collections, or healthcare customer service experience Strong communication and customer service skills Basic knowledge of insurance processes and medical billing terminology Ability to explain balances and payment options clearly Preferred for all roles: Experience with eClinicalWorks and/or pMD. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. Excellent communication skills and a professional, collaborative mindset.Benefits:
