Full Job Description Position Description:
Give Back is seeking a detail-oriented person with good written and verbal communication skills to assist the financial team with grant billing and reporting. This is a part-time position (10 - 15 hours/ week) with flexible work hours and a hybrid work environment. This person will take the lead in collecting, organizing and reporting all of the required billing details related to Give Back's state and federal grant billings.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Update monthly timesheets for all staff working on grants.
  • Collect and Organize Pay stubs for all staff working on grants.
  • Collect, annotate and organize all receipts related to grant expenses.
  • Organize all required details into support documentation packages to be submitted with Reimbursement Requests.
  • Work with Finance Team to submit monthly and quarterly financial reports for each grant.
  • Work with Program Team to collect and submit narrative and performance reports as required.
Reporting & Collaboration:
This person will report to our Director of Business Administration and will work closely with our CFO , Chief of Program Operations, and Program Operations Staff.
Position Requirements:
  • Must be detail oriented and concerned with accuracy.
  • Experience with grant billing for federal, state and local grants.
  • Must be proficient with Adobe PDF software.
  • General comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn and navigate our expense management and grant reporting system.
  • Familiarity with Quick Books a plus.
Strong administrative skills and self-motivated with the ability to set priorities Intermediate to expert skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Familiarity and experience working with state and national funders a plus Ability to work under pressure and respond to deadlines without sacrificing quality Other duties as assigned.

From $25.00 per hour
