Job Description
Robert Half has partnered with a growing engineering company to locate a Project Billing Specialist with Excel skilsl for a full time position with benefits.
Prefer candidates in Maine, 1 day per week on-site or fully remote if over 1 hour from office location. Must be able to travel to training 3rd week of October.
The ideal Billing Analyst will have the following skills and experience:2+ years Accounts Receivable or similar experienceAdvanced Excel skills to track large spreadsheets for long cycle engineering projectsConstruction knowledge a plus - time & materialsDOT knowledge a plus, not required (prevailing wage)Accuracy and ability to multi-taskEmployer offers generous benefits including:
