Pay Rate:

$30 to $3 2 per hour depending on experience Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end rebate disbursement execution for an assigned portfolio of clients. Interpret client contracts, rebate agreements, payment terms, and system setup logic to ensure accurate payments. Execute rebate payments through established disbursement systems while meeting accuracy and timeliness metrics. Serve as a subject matter expert regarding assigned client contracts and rebate terms. Partner with Quality Control, Continuous Improvement, Rebate Analytics, Billing, FP&A, Legal, Underwriting, and Client Management teams. Research and resolve payment discrepancies, inquiries, and operational issues through independent analysis. Perform variance analysis and root cause analysis to identify and resolve financial discrepancies. Monitor established processes and identify inefficiencies, opportunities for automation, and process improvements. Communicate findings, issues, and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting established deadlines. Support ad hoc financial, operational, and process improvement initiatives as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and follow established financial controls and procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Experience in complex financial operations, rebate operations, payment processing, or a related analytical environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues and determine root causes. Experience interpreting contracts, financial terms, payment requirements, or business rules. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required. SQL experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple assignments and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with cross-functional teams. Experience identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
