Parma, Ohio –Hybrid Salary:
$100,000 – $115,000Benefits:

- Opportunity to design and improve processes rather than simply maintain them
- Cross-functional exposure to Finance, Legal Operations, Pricing, IT, and firm leadership
- Highly visible position with direct collaboration alongside Billing & Collections leadership Key Responsibilities (Senior Process Analyst):
- Lead process improvement efforts across the full billing and collections lifecycle, including time entry, pre-bills, invoicing, appeals, collections, and cash application.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, control weaknesses, rework, and opportunities for automation and standardization.
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for billing and collections functions.
- Create detailed process maps, job aids, training materials, and operational reference guides. Qualifications (Senior Process Analyst):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- 5-8+ years of experience in process improvement, operational analysis, billing operations, or a related function within a law firm or similar professional services environment.
