Attention to detail Medical billing Organizational skills Full Job Description Enos Chiropractic Center is seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Billing & Collections Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with healthcare billing experience who enjoys working independently, staying on top of outstanding accounts, and helping keep the financial side of a busy chiropractic office running smoothly. Responsibilities Submit and process insurance claims accurately and promptly Follow up on unpaid, denied, or outstanding insurance claims Work aging reports and outstanding accounts receivable Post insurance and patient payments Review EOBs and identify payment discrepancies Correct and resubmit rejected or denied claims Handle patient balances and collection follow-up professionally Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and reimbursement Work with various attorneys regarding personal injury cases and workers' compensation claims Maintain accurate billing and collection records Collaborate with the chiropractic team to resolve billing issues Qualifications Previous chiropractic billing experience strongly preferred Medical billing and collections experience preferred Knowledge of chiropractic insurance billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding, EOBs, and claim processing is a plus Experience working with insurance companies and accounts receivable Experience handling personal injury and workers' compensation claims preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable making collection and insurance follow-up calls Dependable and able to work independently Professional and friendly communication skills Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Schedule & Compensation Part-time:
