Job Description

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Associate to join our growing bulk fuel distribution company. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate billing, efficient administrative support, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing processes and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Enter work orders accurately and in a timely manner. Generate and send invoices to customers, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Scan, upload, and enter bills of lading into internal systems. Answer incoming phone calls and provide front-desk customer service. Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing discrepancies or customer inquiries. Maintain organized digital and physical records related to billing and documentation. Support other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a billing or accounts receivable role (required). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Experience in the fuel, logistics, or distribution industry is a plus but not required. QuickBooks experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level preferred). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain professionalism at the front desk and over the phone. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working onsite Monday-Friday.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
