Job Responsibilities:

Accurately post insurance and patient payments (primary responsibility) Perform medical coding for ophthalmology services Process insurance and patient refunds Prepare patient estimates for upcoming procedures and assist with estimate phone calls as needed Answer billing-related phone calls and assist patients with billing questions Perform accounts receivable follow-up with insurance companies and patients Assist with other revenue cycle and billing department duties as assigned

Qualifications:
