Billing & Collections Support Submit and track insurance claims Follow up on unpaid or denied claims Support collections professionally and respectfully Maintain accurate patient account records Insurance Verification & Authorizations Verify insurance benefits before services Confirm coverage details and authorization requirements Communicate patient responsibility clearly Catch issues early to prevent surprises Patient Communication & Customer Service Answer billing questions with clarity and empathy Help patients understand statements and balances Partner with front office and clinicians to resolve discrepancies

What We Are Looking For Experience:

1-2 years of billing experience Healthcare/front office experience required

Skills & Tools:

Comfortable working inside an EMR Confident with Google Workspace High attention to detail Strong follow-through and organization Clear, professional communication

Work Requirements:
