Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Billing & Credentialing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of insurance billing and reimbursement for behavioral health services. This position ensures timely and accurate claim submission, monitors reimbursement rates, manages payer contracts, maintains provider credentialing, and works to maximize agency revenue while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, payer, and organizational requirements. The coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the agency and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), commercial insurance companies, Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payers.
