We're looking for a Billing Specialist to keep our billing running smoothly and accurately, so our services can keep going strong. On our small team, you won't be a cog in a machine. You'll own the billing process from start to finish, and you'll be cross-trained to back up our Finance Coordinator. That means variety, trust, and room to grow. What you'll do Submit claims and invoices to TennCare MCOs and other payers Post payments and keep accounts reconciled Research and resolve denied or rejected claims Track service authorizations and outstanding balances Prepare billing and A/R reports for leadership Cover accounts payable, deposits, and other finance tasks when our Finance Coordinator is out What you bring 2+ years of billing, A/R, or accounting experience Confidence in Excel and billing or accounting software Sharp attention to detail and strong follow-through A problem-solver mindset and comfort working independently
