Invoice Processor

Description Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain purchase order data accurately into company procurement systems in accordance with established procedures Update order records to reflect current status, including confirmations, revisions, shipment updates, and closures Log and track incoming invoices, packing slips, and delivery confirmations, flagging discrepancies to the approving manager for resolution Maintain organized and accurate procurement documentation files, both digital and physical, as applicable Run and distribute routine procurement reports as directed by management Communicate order status updates to internal teams (Operations, Finance, Warehouse) as needed Escalate any supplier issues, pricing discrepancies, or non-routine requests to the designated manager immediately Skills Accounting, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Invoicing, Data entry, collections accounts receivable, collections customer service, Invoice processing, Microsoft excel, Reconciliation, Purchase order, Quickbooks, Customer service, V-lookups, Bank reconciliation Top Skills Details Accounting,Accounts payable,Accounts receivable,Invoicing,Data entry,collections accounts receivable,collections customer service,Invoice processing,Microsoft excel Additional Skills & Qualifications Invoice Processing Purchase Orders Shipping and Logistics Data Entry Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
