Job Description

Scope:
Support AP functions, which may include but are not limited to, the following: o Utilize a variety of software/systems to research, review, correct and process outstanding items for payment o Research and answer internal and external business partners inquiries including payment issues, audit requests, and past due items o Learn and understand operations to ensure accurate and proper payment o Troubleshoot technical and business processes related to Accounts Payable matters to ensure timely and accurate payments o Review and reconcile supplier statements to request and process outstanding items o Identify and communicate issues directly or indirectly related to
Accounts Payable Primary Responsibilities:
Mailroom - Opening mail, scanning invoices and submitted them to Coupa system or appropriate business partners. The goal will be for this person to also find efficiencies and work with suppliers and TMs to eliminate paper mail by the end of their contract period, converting suppliers to electronic invoicing. TM Owes - Processing of checks that are received from Team Members to reimburse the company for personal expenses on p-card. Tasks include logging information, submitting reports and checks to AR/banking team and communicating with business partners. Refund Checks - Leveraging our P2P and ERP systems to code refund checks, logging them and submitting coding to AR. Sometimes requires reaching out to suppliers and business partners to get necessary information.
