A business services organization in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Market Transaction Specialist/Utility Billing Systems Analyst to support utilities-related market operations and transaction workflows in a collaborative, on-site environment. About the
Opportunity:
Schedule:
Monday to
Friday Setting:
Hybrid (at least 4 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
Support market transaction activities and related workflow processing within a utility environment Manage service order and deregulation tasks accurately and efficiently Work with functional teams to coordinate operational needs across Opex and Capex projects Monitor and support 867 transaction workflows and related TDSP processes Contribute to market operations by applying utility and CIS knowledge to day-to-day work
Qualifications:
Experience with service order processing and deregulation in a utilities environment Background in utility CIS systems Experience with market transactions and 867 workflows within a TDSP Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to work onsite in Dallas on a recurring weekly basis
Desired Skills:
Experience with CC&B, C2M, or Oracle FSM Knowledge of Texas deregulation market processes and market flows Previous experience supporting utility market operations
