At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. ‎ The Air Logistics Revenue Care Expert is responsible for RCC tasks including invoice production, confirmation of expected GP, FSL, and supplier invoice acknowledgment, with a focus on data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and critical thinking. The role requires a process and system driven mindset, strong problem solving skills, first-time-right execution, and continuous identification of process improvements and automation opportunities. This individual works on key client accounts for the area and is considered a subject matter expert. How you create impact Manage and oversee RCC tasks through Business Process Automation (BPA) Handle daily FSL activities including month-end closing Lead CASS challenge resolution and improvement initiatives Drive automation improvements such as semi-invoice automation, quote utilization, and FSL auto file closing Maintain close communication with GS RCC, CCL, and OCC Work with Sales and Customer Care on credit limit adjustments Review files before opening TAG or AD-HOC requests Coordinate with OCC on carrier, hauler, and third-party cost topics Coordinate with CCL on customer revenue-related charges What we would like you to bring Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting. 2-5 years in Air Logistics and Freight Forwarding/Finance. Knowledge of freight forwarding finance, KN products and processes, basic accounting principles, KN systems including finance modules, and Microsoft Office.
