This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the entire revenue cycle, ensuring accurate and compliant billing processes that maximize reimbursement and streamline financial performance. As a key leader, you will manage billing staff, enforce healthcare billing regulations, and optimize electronic health records (EHR) systems to support efficient revenue management. Your expertise will drive the success of our practice's financial health while maintaining exceptional standards of compliance and customer service. Duties Supervise and mentor the team to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims, including medical coding, ICD coding, and insurance third-party billing. Oversee all aspects of healthcare billing management, including Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance regulations compliance. Manage hospital revenue cycle processes from patient registration through final payment collection, ensuring adherence to healthcare billing standards. Utilize billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems to process claims efficiently, troubleshoot denials, and optimize revenue recovery. Ensure compliance with medical billing regulations, Medicare regulations, Medicaid regulations, and other relevant healthcare laws. Collaborate with clinical staff to verify patient information and medical documentation for accurate coding and billing. Monitor key performance indicators related to revenue cycle management and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cash flow. Experience Proven experience in healthcare billing management within a dermatology or outpatient medical practice setting. Extensive knowledge of medical billing regulations compliance, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance policies. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes. Hands-on experience with billing software platforms and electronic health records (EHR) management systems. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through team management skills and strategic oversight. In-depth understanding of hospital revenue cycle management processes from patient intake to final payment collection. Familiarity with medical coding practices, including ICD coding standards essential for accurate claim submission.

• Experience:

• Minimum 3 yrs in medical billing, coding, and collections Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-10 coding, DRG, and medical records Proficiency in using medical billing systems and software
• Bonus point for experience with ModMed and Carecloud.
