We're seeking a reliable Water Billing Clerk to join a local team serving the Paris community. This is a great opportunity for someone with office experience who enjoys helping customers while keeping operations running smoothly.

Monday

• Friday | 8:00 AM
• 5:00

PM Pay:

$13.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with starting, transferring, and disconnecting water service
• Process service requests and prepare work orders
• Calculate and process water leak adjustments
• Balance and reconcile the cash drawer daily
• Support billing operations and ensure water bills are distributed accurately
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining accurate records

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience using computers and general office equipment
• Previous bookkeeping, teller, cashier, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must pass applicable background requirements and have a good credit history
