$19.40/hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Location:
Hybrid (In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)OverviewThe Billing QC Specialist will assist our billing teams in quality control of our resident billingprocess. Each property that is billed by a Billing Manager goes through a series of automatedquality control checks. Any flags that generate need to be reviewed by a Billing expert to verifyaccuracy against provider bills, property and client documentation, regulations, anddepartment standards. The Billing QC Specialist is critical to ensuring that clients and residentsreceive accurate billing every time.

ResponsibilitiesComplete Quality Control in multiple systems (Fusion, ABP, Yoda, Skywalker) againstdocumentation from multiple sources (utility bills, client files, property notes, managementnotes, reminders, KB articles)Analyze and approve/disapprove fusion setup, data entry, and resident utility billing dailyReview documentation from multiple sources across multiple systemsProvide detailed handback notes to team members to assist with correcting issues andidentifying training opportunitiesTrack trends and root causes to identify areas for improvement and share with leadershipIdentify errors in utility billing that may have occurred historically and communicate those errorsto team members and leadershipProven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to follow documentation from multiple sourcesProven time management skillsAbility to work independently, self-motivatedExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to problem solveWork well under pressureIntermediate Excel skills requiredSkilled in training and mentoring others to support performance and developmentEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent2 years working in an office environment
