Part-Time Bilingual Collections Representative | Logan, UT Nexeo Staffing is seeking a professional and motivated Bilingual Collections Representative to join our client's team on a part-time, direct-hire basis. This position is ideal for individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoy helping customers find solutions. The Collections Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls regarding past-due accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies. Flexible scheduling may be available. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers regarding delinquent accounts. Answer inbound calls from customers with questions about account balances and payment options. Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish. Discuss account status and negotiate payment arrangements. Document all customer interactions accurately in company systems. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies. Resolve customer concerns professionally and courteously. Meet individual and team performance goals. Follow up on payment commitments and account resolutions as needed. Qualifications Fluent in both Spanish and English (required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic during challenging conversations. Customer service, collections, call center, or related experience preferred. Basic computer and data entry skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
