Job Description

Belleville Bariatrics is looking for a Medical Billing Specialist to help manage patient billing, insurance claims, and payments. This position is open to experienced candidates as well as applicants with basic medical office or billing knowledge who are ready to learn. What You'll Do Prepare and submit insurance claims. Review patient and billing information for accuracy. Follow up on unpaid, rejected, or denied claims. Enter payments and update patient accounts. Communicate with insurance companies when billing questions come up. Maintain organized and accurate billing records. Work with the office team to resolve basic billing issues. What We're Looking For Basic computer and data-entry skills. Good attention to detail and organization. Comfortable working with patient and insurance information. Medical billing experience is helpful but not required . Training or certification in medical billing or coding is a plus. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Salary:
$72,000 - $105,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications.
