We are one of the region's largest real estate developers specializing in single-family and multi-family construction. We are in search of team members to support collections and customer service in our Property Management division. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail. Typical responsibilities will vary based on business needs and may include: Post rental payments and issue late charges and letters to delinquent tenants. Seek and collect judgments on delinquent accounts including attending court as required. Reconcile account ledgers against security deposits. Manage existing lease agreements including rent increases, renewals, amendments, non-renewals, and noncompliance notices. Timely and accurate communication of all existing and potential tenant inquiries and maintenance requests. As needed, support leasing with marketing, lead qualification, application processing, and writing of leases and contracts. Accomplish organization mission by completing related tasks as needed. Compensation will be based on experience. •About R.P. Fralin, Inc.
