Billing Specialist

Job Summary/Company :

Sparks Group has partnered with a large, well-established organization in Virginia Beach to identify a Billing Specialist to support billing and accounts receivable operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong billing background and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities :

Generate, review, and analyze billing statements and invoices Prepare and process required billing documentation, including 5500 forms Sort and organize invoices for distribution through the mail room Support accounts receivable functions, including tracking and reconciliation Maintain accurate records using Outlook, Excel, and Word Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding billing questions or discrepancies Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization

Qualifications/Background Profile :

High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior billing experience required (accounts receivable background strongly preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - This job is In-Person.
