$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Benefits:

Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) are able to enroll in medical, dental, vision, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Responsibilities:

Data entry

Enter and evaluate billing and invoicing documents for accuracy for residential and commercial accounts.

Obtain missing data when necessary

Investigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices.

Function side-by-side with other teams to achieve data quality and consistency.

Completes a high volume of transaction entries on an ongoing basis throughout the month.

Adheres to strict deadlines to complete billing.

Additional duties maybe assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Billing and/or Invoicing for residential and commercial accounts experience in a construction industry preferred
• Organizational, time management and customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
