Responsibilities:
Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and proper coding. Ensure timely payment of invoices and adherence to payment terms. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions. Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
