Shift :
1st Shift Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Revenue Specialist in Green Bay to resolve customer billing discrepancies and overcharge claims. The Revenue Specialist will handle rate entry and invoice tasks and find ways to implement improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Analyze customer data to eliminate rating errors and bill customers for authorized services. Build relationships with customers and internal teams, including sales, pricing and collections. Redesign existing processes to eliminate manual and low-value work. Develop a strong understanding of customers' billing requirements. Input new publications, complete rate revisions and troubleshoot errors. Research and fix payment discrepancies and overcharge claims in a timely manner. Participate in new customer start-ups to ensure rating set-up is completed and accurate. Make recommendations regarding issues that impact billing, collections and missed revenue recovery opportunities. Interpret customer contracts and agreements and communicate requirements to various teams.
Skills and qualifications:
Associate degree 2-4 years of previous accounts receivable, finance or accounting experience. Excellent conflict resolution skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to build strong working relations. Able to develop and support new processes and approaches.
