The Licensee/Executive Director will work in partnership with our team to oversee and shape the operation of our Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF), ensuring we meet DHS 83 standards while creating a warm, supportive home for our residents. Leadership Responsibilities Provide vision and direction as we build and launch the CBRF Partner with the Administrator to support daily operations Approve staffing plans, policies, and major organizational decisions Build strong relationships with families, staff, DHS, and community partners Regulatory & Compliance Serve as the license holder for the CBRF Ensure compliance with Wisconsin DHS 83 Maintain licensing documentation, renewals, and reporting Oversee safety, emergency preparedness, and risk management Support quality improvement efforts and uphold resident rights Medical Billing Coordination Partner with the medical billing specialist to ensure all resident care documentation is accurate and complete. Maintain clear communication between care staff and the billing specialist to support timely claim submission. Review billing reports and assist with resolving discrepancies or missing documentation. Ensure billing practices align with DHS 83 requirements and payer guidelines. Provide operational oversight while the billing specialist manages all claim entry and submission. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Director or Administrator in senior living or long-term care Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills Ability to manage financial operations and regulatory compliance Comfortable responding to urgent or emergency situations Education Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, human services, or related field preferred Equivalent experience considered Additional Requirements Must pass caregiver background check Ability to move throughout the facility and assist as needed Occasional lifting and availability for urgent situations
