Financial Clearance Supervisor

You can do all this and more at UCLA Health. In this key position, you will provide strong leadership and day-to-day operational support to the front-end FPG Financial Clearance Unit. This will include direct staff-level oversight for Insurance Verification, Authorization/Referral Management, Pre-Registration/Pre-Service Collections, and the Patient Advocacy Team.

You will:

Ensure the achievement of performance and quality standards Establish work prioritization for staff Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner Coordinate and provide backup coverage for all workflow assignments Coach/mentor team in adherence with FPG guidelines Identify risks and propose mitigation solutions
